First of all congratulations to all who competed in the Championship Flight-Barbara Cooper, Laura Shmerler, Debbie Carton, Amy Pollokoff and Debi Rothstein. Every match in this flight went at least 18 holes.
It wasn't any different in today's final match with Debi Rothstein and Amy Pollokoff, except this one took 19 holes to settle. Congratulations to Debi Rothstein as she defeated Amy Pollokoff on the first sudden death playoff hole. Debi was able to extend the match by making par on the 18th hole and followed up with another par on the 19th hole to win the Championship.
